In season you can find us at the Old Colorado City Farmers Market in Colorado Springs Colorado-Hope to see ya there!
We are considered to be growers of Specialty Produce-some hard to find or hard to grow but we take it as a challenge and offer a range of specialty peppers year after year and will continue to grow new peppers and educate the public on uses and general information about them-it is part of the fun in growing them!
We consider our farm a PURE organic farm, there is no use of chemicals involved in our growing process-just pure and simple mother nature and some good ole composted cow POO! At Colorado Scotch Bonnets, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality agricultural products since 2020. Our passion for agriculture drives us to constantly innovate and improve our products. We take pride in our products in the fact that our products are sustainably sourced and environmentally friendly.
Every year we enjoy making new exciting culinary experiences for you to enjoy and use in many ways. Our products do change however we also have those that stay year to year, so if you like something leave us a review so we know we should keep making it! We listen to our customers when they speak and your comments are important to us and we use them to better our products.
At Colorado Scotch Bonnets, we believe that agriculture should be sustainable, ethical, and accessible to all. We are committed to promoting sustainable agriculture practices, protecting the environment, and improving food security. We believe that by working together, we can create a better future for our planet and everyone on it.
Our field is run on driplines with minimal water usage compared to traditional irrigation crops. Peppers grown that do not sell fresh are dried for winter sales and for our own purposes during the off season-we will offer a variety here on the site as well-we try to not let anything go to waste! Tomatoes after the season go to the local food banks. Whether it be donating to a local charity food bank or to a local restaurant most of what is grown goes to a good use or cause!
